 REFUND POLICY

Online Exchanges/Returns: We have a 14 day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return/exchange, contact us at info@maisonmanyar.com with your order number. If your item is accepted, we will refund you or replace it with the desired product. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are shared between Maison Manyar and our customers. You will need to send the pair(s) back to us at your expense, and we will take care of shipping the new pair(s) to you.

Damages and problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it. Contact us at info@maisonmanyar.com.
